Terry Jordan (Cleveland, Ohio) received a B.S. in Education from Taylor University and a master’s in History from Cleveland State University. He has spent much of his life studying, interpreting and teaching students about the U.S. Constitution. A fine, inexpensive text of the founding documents of the United States. It also includes various little known facts, such as the history of the 27th Amendment, which delays laws affecting Congressional salary from taking effect until after the next election of representatives. This was proposed in 1789 as part of what is now known of the Bill of Rights, but not passed until 1995. Two hundred years! Yipes.Worth buying several copies of this book and giving them out to friends.
Much smaller than I expected! Required reading for my Criminal Justice class. A lot of information packed into a tiny convenient shell. And you really can't go wrong with the price.I wish all of my books could be this light and cost friendly!
